The company was established to manage and develop the Two Waters land bank – one of the largest private coastal land holdings on Poland’s Baltic coast.
Under a B2B model, we prepare land for large-scale hospitality, residential, sports, wellness, and senior living projects. We believe that long-term value is created through responsible capital allocation, disciplined process management, partnerships built on trust, and development aligned with ESG principles.
